About This Game

A Mother's Grief is a free first-person horror game that plunges you into a haunting mystery set in the winter of 1892. You are a hunter of places with dark histories, and your new case leads you to a remote cabin. Inside, a grieving mother named Elara lost her daughter, Lily, to a fever. Consumed by grief, she performed a forbidden ritual to bring her daughter back. But the girl returned with black eyes, a voice of static, and a thirst for the living. The thing that came back has worn Lily's face for eight years... and it is still in the cabin. Waiting.

Your mission is to investigate the cabin, photograph 8 haunted objects as evidence, and uncover the truth. Explore a fully explorable 1892 cabin — hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen, fireplace nook, and the L-leg evidence room. Use your old film camera, flashlight, and journal to document your findings. But be warned: the demon-child is waiting at the foot of the bed. Photograph her before she learns your name — then get out.

Featuring real first-person controls, dynamic audio, and an atmospheric horror experience, this browser-based game is completely free to play with no downloads required. Do you have the courage to face the demon-child?
