About This Game
WARD 13 — Anomaly Protocol is an atmospheric first-person anomaly detection game set in a procedurally generated L-shaped hospital corridor. Walk through 25 wards, each presenting a unique scene filled with subtle and disturbing anomalies. Your mission: identify what's wrong, report it, and survive.
The game begins with a tutorial level — ward 1 is always normal. From ward 2 onward, anomalies appear: blood puddles, flickering lights, shadow figures, missing equipment, wrong clocks, reversed exit signs, open doors, and more. You must walk through the corridor, observe carefully, and report your assessment at the exit. One wrong choice and it's game over.
Built with Three.js and featuring procedurally generated textures and Web Audio API sounds, this game is a complete, self-contained experience. It's completely free to play with no downloads required. Can you escape the hospital and get discharged?

The anomaly detection is the core of the experience. You must train your eye to spot the unusual in a mundane environment. The 15-second timer at the exit adds a layer of pressure, forcing you to trust your instincts. The game rewards patience and careful observation.
This indie-developed game is a masterclass in minimalist horror, built with Three.js. With its procedurally generated textures, immersive sound design, and escalating tension, WARD 13 is a must-play for horror fans looking for a fresh and terrifying challenge.
